Both Mark Balunis and Mark Schwab edited the film at the same time to meet a submission deadline. Balunis edited all of the scenes that took place inside the crisis center and Schwab edited the rest.
Shadows In Mind was always the original title until it was changed to Crisis Hotline by their distributor for release. In 2022, when all of the rights reverted back to Diamond in the Rough Films, the original title of Shadows In Mind was restored.
