After kissing his girlfriend Sam goodbye, Craig gets called out by Derrick and Jamal for not being "black enough". Offended by their comments, Craig sets out to prove them wrong.
Derrick arrives at Craig's apartment determined to help him find his inner blackness. When it gets off to a shaky start, Derrick tries plan B, which includes a trip to the hood, a couple of felons and a "bag o' black."
After he's mistaken for a well known celebrity, Craig witnesses Derrick being bullied at a Metro station. Later, the two men come to a realization about stereotypes, acceptance and what it means to be in the Hall of Fame.
