The movie is slow and fairly subjective. The movie is pretty much about a girl named Becky who pick pocket who falls in love with one of Marks. Past that the movies just one big Build up to the end.
The movie has a light hearted feel to it; however, the acting is subpar especially from co-star Skyrah Archer. Can't believe she even landed the role to this movie. Alot of chasing (figuratively and literally) and time spent on the psychologist's chair. Overall, would not recommend...
The setting is Athens and we see plenty of it photographed very nicely by Panos Golfis (along with the judicious use of drone shots) and not just the touristic areas. We see working streets, everyday cafes. We see the city from the butchery of the meat market to the graffiti on the trains to the relaxed eateries. It does indeed capture the real feel of the city.
And in the midst of it all we find Duncan Skinner who stole every scene magnificently. Skinner plays a by-the-book British police officer on holiday who is pick-pocketed by Becky (Tess Spentzos in analysis) on the metro. He immerses himself in the role with style and indeed precisely the right touch needed for a film like this. I just wanted to watch more of him.
He was joined in this film by one other stand-out actor: Skyrah Archer (as Miranda, Becky's love interest) who was completely believable as the thoughtful, cultured, pianist fending off unwanted attention from all sides. Her subtlety was always a pleasure to watch.
A pleasant enough romp through the city except it is accompanied by the bitter taste of misogyny and sexual assault as a joke. In the latter case, the victim of the assault suffers no ill effects whatsoever and simply calls on her abuser to help her out of a sticky situation a little later in the film.
I fear the director has issues with women, hence uses them as props here for little more than titillation.

I have seen 1000s of films with lesbian themes, and this one was really the worst one yet. Badly acted, no plot except running around in some streets of some city. That paired with the testosterone that runs though this muck, makes this a very waste of time !
... the premise sounds interesting. The setting (Athens) is there, but none of the actors can't act. It's literally painful to watch.

A complete waste of my time except for the beautiful scenery in Greece this movie was completely boring with bad acting. I would definitely would not recommend this unless you just wanna get I look around the city of Greece. Not even any scenery of the beautiful beaches in Greece. No nudity whatsoever, it was all hidden underwater or side shots with a camera placed behind the women with very brief side shots. The cast must have put in all the high reviews because this movie wasn't even close to being good. I did like seeing the markets in Greece and some of the beautiful architecture but other than that it was lame.
There is virtually nothing redeeming about this film. I watched about half hoping it would get better then skipped through the rest. The acting is as bad as an elementary school play. The cop in the flick reminds me of the 3 stogies all wrapped into one person. Dialog is bad not even close to being real. Maybe I missed it and it was supposed to be a spoof. The only good thing is some of the scenery but that was sparsely shown. The two girls aren't bad to look at but other than that don't waste your time.

No pun intended - and it is not just about stalking I reckon. It is about a thief who seems to be in love with another woman. So yes there is some issue here when it comes to love and who loves who I reckon - especially if you do not like same gender love.
Something one of the two main characters has to be convinced of too. If it is possible to be convinced that is. The main problem the movie has though is the acting department. It might be because some are not speaking in their native language, it might be because they can't relate or something else. What is apparent: no one feels safe or good in their skin and with their role ... and no one seems to be up for it (no pun intended)

Guy Debord would appreciate the Psychogeography Essance of the movie. The views of the city , the movement of the camera , the lighting emerge an intesity which kept me watcing
Although the many slapsticks have a surreal , monty pythons stamp which i love it , especially Skinner who has it! Anyway in the era of the total nihilism dont expect "Citizen Kane " quality . The zeitgeist dont' allow this !

The story is great - Robert is great in stories! The comedic parts are great and with a rhythm but it fills like the enough parts are a bit slow. I am not sure if this is caused by the direction or are a thing montage could help. Over all, I had a good time!

Beautiful scenery alone does not a good movie make. Several highly telegenic leads does not a good movie make. This movie has those but there are several problems. Starting with the fact that this should honestly be a short film at best. 20 minutes seems too generous for the material. If the mouse-hair thin plot weren't bad enough the wonderfully sexy lead actresses...... well, not one of them could act their way through a light breeze. To call their acting amateurish would be a great disservice to amateur actors. Especially the big breasted lead who seems like she was cast straight out of a playboy magazine. Just painful watching her try to act. Like uncanny valley level terrible acting. It's strange that there are people on screen who seem to have less emotional range and subtlety than one of jim henson's muppets. But here we are..........
2 of 10.... greece looks like a wonderful destination.
Such an enjoyable movie this and worthy of a much wider audience. Highlight for me, apart from the great script was Duncan Skinner, who turns in a superb performance. Highly recommended 👍

Nice film. Good stylised Brechtian acting. Becky and Miranda very sexy. Well, actually, I thought the two lady cops were also sexy, as well as the Shrink and Miranda's mother. In fact, I'm just one big lust-bucket....in my dreams, maybe. OK, I'm the sort of character that should be in such a movie. And I would play the part very well....
Now that bloke Dunking DoNuts Skinner, playing the English cop....he was very good...sort of cross between Mr. Bean and Clouseau with a touch of Cleese and a slice of Frank Spencer.

A splendid cinematographic tour of modern day Athens. A voyeuristic teaser of a movie. Not much of acting. Not much of sex scenes. Not much of blood or violence. Constantly teasing without content. Showing off horny women who pretend they can act. At times there is so much bad acting, especially with the German guy, to the point of laughter. I personally enjoyed it because I lived in Athens for 15 years, so I enjoyed the city shots. I also enjoyed the part of Wesley played by a truly talented but underrated British actor Duncan Skinner.
Funny, saucy, light comedy with erotic fantasy overtones. Entertaining and fun to watch.

Nice relaxing comedy. Actors are sexy and the cop is very funny. There are some problems,, for example duration should be at least 10 minutes less, but I enjoyed a lot of Athens. I like this city and it plays its role with a great way!

"She has stolen my wallet", a good opening phrase for the subsequent whirlwind of events: action, romance, eroticism, humor .. Congratulations to the technical staff, the interpretations are impeccable (Mr Duncan Skinner, a plus) and the soundtrack also pleasantly surprises me.
I highly recommend viewing it.

Obviously, not a major Hollywood production, but a well put together piece of storytelling set against the backdrop of an Athens tourists rarely get to see. The locations are well chosen and well photographed, and the action filmed in outside locations does not get overpowered by busy (uncontrollable) city life.
Some performances are stronger than others, but, as a whole, the cast moves the story forward with honesty, conviction, and some nice comedic moments and characterisation.
Would it have been different with a larger budget behind it? Of course. But, even without the bells and whistles, there is still a story told; it exists in an identifiable place and time; and the narrative is served well by all those involved: it is on these criteria I have given it my rating.

Whilst not the masterpiece that is The Godfather, or Citizen Kane, or the comedy and pathos that is the King of Comedy, this film throws up nuggets of fun. Having lived in Athens it's interesting to see the city in close up as it is.
Not a huge massive production, but enough spent on it to create a good story and adequate acting to pull it off. An enjoyable film. Some of the acting is questionable but ultimately doesn't take away from the story and path.

Time to reward the actors for working with this script and so many others to turn an ordinary movie with a mediocre script that is formulaic into a film with a lot of special moments. Not least the stoic performance by Duncan Skinner who gives some fantastic Terry Thomas like performances. Bravo!!

This was a fun movie and I really enjoyed all of the views of Athens. I loved the characters and thought it was a good premise for a film.
"She stole my wallet!" Yup, and the romp begins!
