In the series pilot, Jonathan Hayfield begins his new career as the CEO of Hayfields after inheriting it due to his father's death; however, upon arrival, in becomes apparent that he's not quite "CEO material".
Dora Harrelson, otherwise known as Dirty Dora, makes an appearance at the Hayfields building with some news that proves to be rather difficult for Jonathan. Meanwhile, a familiar face causes Calvin a bit of discomfort.
After accidentally bumping into Calvin at the office, Mrs. Hayfield must deal with her previous mistakes and try to rekindle her relationship with him. In other news, Katharine and Graham reveal something that perhaps they shouldn't have.
