This is the first sequel in Director/Producer Len Kabasinski's career which started in 2004.
The opening 12 minutes of the film were written and produced by Len Kabasinski and shot in the Erie, PA region (with a large percentage of the production shot in Philadelphia, PA region). In an interview, Kabasinski went on to say he wrote the opening as a way to get action, gore, boobs, and fights all into the film immediately for the audience.
