An international Assassin Rogue Taze (Micl Snr) finds himself caught up in a dangerous web of bogus contracts, blackmail, corruption and betrayal, when a powerful and wealthy businessman Castias Milano (Guillermo Quiroga), is at the center of the operation of a lucrative illegal arms deal, involving the South African Minister of Defense (Mesia Gumede) and SA Military General Jaco Van Niekerk played by (Gerhardus Engelbrecht). The South African Defense Minister and his counterpart plan to privately supply large Military weapons to selected parts of Europe and the Middle East. All hell breaks loose after the weapons convention in Las Vegas (NV), when Rogue rescues Jessie Cage the daughter of an assassinated scientist and begins his path of elimination on his own targets in a bid to destroy the entire corrupt organization. The organisation intends to extract information from Jessie Cage to manufacture and and supply a secret military weapon called the EGAC 90, that was designed by her father Malcom Cage. A game of the highest bidder begins to take play when all the king pins involved begin to double cross one another in the hope they will acquire sole control of the special weapons agreement without the multi cash split between the existing governments. The odds are raised even higher against Rogue and Jess when a ruthless Mercenary known as Tank and a secret unit of highly skilled military operatives from South Africa called the Falcons Special Unit (F.S.U) led by Lt. Jake Mhamha (Zweli Dube) and his team, Cole Liso (Senzo Radebe), Dante Lee (Delnardo Norman) and Trojan (Abel N) are tasked to eliminate them, right under the nose of the FBI that is now investigating the endless list of unexplained executions of high profiled South Africans on US soil.
