Molly's apartment scenes were filmed in an apartment on the property of the estate used for Reindeer Lodge. Twin Gates, North Haven CT.
The firewood being chopped by Jared (Josh Kelly) was from a tree that fell on the property the night before shooting began.
The airport scene was filmed at Tweed-New Haven Regional Airport in he old terminal building (which is now the administration building).
