I am fairly impressed by Najeem Koya's directorial action crime debut Kaly (A Play) which although begins on a dull note becomes exciting after the first 30 minutes where its main five characters break into a society of posh villas so that one of them could meet his new girlfriend and others could maybe steal a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes or two without anticipating the world of crime that they would eventually be dragged into which also involves the amazing performance of Joju George as an unscrupulous cop. TN.
The storyline was okay but lacked depth, sharp contrast in acting depth between new actors and the experienced ones, Those scenes which included senior actors played to the part but the other part of story line involved with young actors were painful to watch. Overall its one time watch with predictable climax which wont give you a satisfaction after watching the movie.
