This film not only incorporates unused footage from the "Creswell" film, Mutant Swinger from Mars and the mockumentary included in the beginning of the film, it also utilizes old Hi-8 and VHS footage from the behind the scenes of Mutant Swinger from Mars to create the story and sense of fake history behind the fictitious director, Orton Z. Creswell.
When it's all said and done, this movie will have used almost every type of film (Super-8mm, 16mm & 35mm) and video format (3/4", VHS, Hi-8, Mini DV, Beta SP, Pixel2000) to create this movie.
The new title is a homage to the Jerry Lewis book "The Total Filmmaker" which Michael Kallio, the writer, director and producer of the film, is a huge fan.
