This series is really worth it. The leads are very well cast, as is the support. It has the right mix of tension and humour. You know there will be twists and turns but they're not completely predictable. You really get to know these people and their personalities. Watch it with pleasure!
This show was so fun to watch, and I highly recommend it if you are looking for something light and quirky. The capers if this dysfunctional family of con artists are a new, and amusing, twist on the heist genre.
Family life is tough. Dad is between jobs, wife wants a new dish washer, kids want iPads.
Dad installs a new dish washer himself, only to wake up in an ocean of water, life's too hard.
When offered to do a heist with an old acquaintance he says yes, life's too hard.
Exciting series with suspense and lots of humour.

Excellent casting for this danish drama, lars ranthe (warrior greyzone) and lena maria christensen (legacy , dicte).Family of con artists repented, between honesty and temptation. original story that will hold us until the last episode
Very good series to binge watch ! How come there's not many review ? More people needs to watch this ! The storyline are well paced, tense with humor. Outstanding cast performance, they are so good ! I really love the lead male cast, Lars Ranthe, what a solid performance ! Well worth watching , great Danish production, I hopes more season to come !

The first season of Pros & Cons is okay, without being exelent in any way. Lena Maria Christensen is usually not an actress I like, but she is allowed to work in this series, and it suits her well. The daughter, played by Emma B. Marott, is also a nice surprise.
The series is a parody of the American scams / heist movies and series, with a twinkle in the eye. It is a slightly constructed scam, which possesses a number of clichés. Fortunately, there are also a few good surprises in between, and I was glad that they continued with a shared focus on how a family life is connected in a con artists world.
6 out of 10.

Every episode (series 1) was full of suspense, without being intense.
A scam/sting/hustle thriller with tongue in cheek, but still gripping.
A good (familiar) cast keeps the pace throughout.

I have to say that this is truly the most intense and interesting series I've seen in a long time. The shift between everyday life and trying to rob for millions of dollars at the same time. Wow

First episode in season 1 showed promise. Initially, Lars Ranthe, Lene Maria Christensen and Lotte Andersen seemed like they could rise above the bad characteristics that has always plauged danish tv-series, but no. It the same mediocre and artificial line delivery and bland script we have seen countless times before in danish films.
Supporting characters are pointless, having zero personality.
Emma B. Marott playing the teenage daugther Esther comes across as mind-numbingly annoying and vacuous.

This series make you addicted from the first episode. You just want more and more after each episode ends. Great acting, very well made manus, and they keep you interested all the way from start to end. Best danish series that I have ever seen.
Wonderful series, great acting, storyline is fun and the actors also look like they're having a great time.

... this is an exceptional-series ... but if you are able to follow all of it from the first viewing out ... more power 2u.
The story keeps surprising you and the end game constantly changes. Funny and creative. This time a more international plot, like saving the world from a 3rd world war.

The series is excellent, and each of the characters have their own defined personalities vs 'obscure family members'. They are woven throughout each part of the con creating a mosaic of plot parts that are simultaneously funny, wry, serious, and exciting-- with precision timing, and brilliantly layered multi- plots of intrigue and surprises and disguises.
The past history and links to the present are smooth, with the very intelligent offspring adding their own kinks as well as solutions to the mix.
Best series in a long time - and hope for Many more seasons of Pros and Cons (can a title be more clever..)
