After H.B. Halicki's death, his wife Denice Shakarian Halicki had wanted to shoot another big chase as she thought her husband would want her to complete the film.
During filming, the town of Dunkirk had denied the filming permits of the movie. Betrayed, H.B. Halicki had promised that he would sue the entire city.
The full script was completed between 1987 and 1988. It consisted of H.B. Halicki playing a master car thief, Colt, who goes after 60 lethal ladies who killed a fellow car thief with the help of a computer guru/thief Alaska Wells (played by Halicki's wife Denice Shakarian).
The majority of the existing footage for this film was shot during the summer of 1989, shortly before the untimely death of H.B. Halicki.
