This Chapter of the Paula Peril series was definitely entertaining' if like me you're a fan of classic detective/ reporter type stories. Once again Valerie Perez hits it out of the park with her portrayal as the often times reckless, intelligent and strong willed Paula. She owns this role and i could never see anyone else capture the character so perfectly. Add to that Olivia Adams back as Veronica Vilancourt , now changed from her past experience with the Serpent Cult and we have more mysteries coming. As always the cast really knows their roles and gets a chance to shine, from John 'Fletch' Fletcher as Carleoni, and Stephen Hanthorn as the lovelorn photographer Jimmy and we have a Grade A ensemble who obviously enjoy, and take pride in their roles. The production work is grade A, from camera work to music, this does not feel like some cheap production. And the story definitely keeps you enthralled even if you haven't seen it from the beginning, but i recommend you do. All and all this is a terrific series i highly recommend for all.
Kudos to the cast and crew of the Paula Peril series, you guys rock.

Once again, the breathtakingly beautiful actress/model/cosplayer/producer/all-around Day Brightener, Valerie Perez, brings to the screen James Watson's genuinely jeopardized journalist-- Paula PERiL. In this film, many threads are brought together from Paula's previous movies, including "Midnight Whistle," "The Adventures of Paula PERiL," and "The Serpent Cult." Paula must use her wits, and then fight for her LIFE (when it's not clear whom she can trust!). Ms. Perez is rejoined for this outing by an outstanding supporting cast, featuring Olivia Adams as Veronica Vilancourt, James Connor as Slim Jackson, and Stephen Hanthorn as Paula's trusty sidekick/photographer (& not-so-secret admirer), Jimmy Smith. All in all, a wonderful, "peril-packed" romp... TEN STARS!! * * * * * * * * * *
