Plot

An enigmatic contracted loan shark known only as "the Collector" has been groomed his entire life to be the fist of a mysterious organization known only as "the Agency." His job is simple: Collect the debt, and punish the debtor. When his handler, Vinnie, uncovers evidence that the Collector may unknowingly be less of a debt collector and more of a cold-blooded assassin, the duo come head-to-head with a pair of theatrical assassins that threaten to demolish the Collector's entire life.—Aspire Productions
