According to a behind-the-scenes YouTube video made and released by Dan Allen, the film was filmed in a busy underpass in London and as there were passersby getting in the way, they only had a very limited window for each shot. Because of this, the finished film is a compilation of moments where no passersby came through. The scenes were also rehearsed in a controlled location away from the underpass as to not cause a commotion.
