I as an Icelander, cant watch more than 10 mins of this movie, saw after 5 mins that this was tital bs.
It is clearly low budget,no knowings how vikings lived,the clothes are wrong,jewelry,swords and so on and so on.I say;
Don´t watch this movie, vikings where not like those people in this horrible movie.

You are in for a rare treat! When the only 10 star review is from an "actor" who was in the movie (I kid you not), you know it's going to be good.

I've seen much better costumes at Renaissance fairs. The actors themselves were pretty good, its just that putting dirt and mud all over ones face and acting like a child does not a Viking make. It actually had a decent story line. I dont see what constitutes a war here, there are like 12 people in the whole movie. In all it was just too silly.

Danieleghan gave it 10/10......must be worth spending hard earned money on. Oh wait, he is actually an actor in the 'movie', he plays Odin????? Zero morals...you should be ashamed. Avoid Avoid Avoid
Even the school dramas are better than this crap. Terrible acting and dialouges. Bad script. Im wondering who gave high ratings to this one

Just don't waste your time on this one. No story, just one violent nonsensical scene after another without clear motive. Whoever sponsored this wasted their money.
Everything with this movie is wrong. The costumes, the setting, the speaker.
It claims to be in Shetland Islands and at the same time it hoovers over a inland forest river. The fights is as convincing as if my children would had been stuntcoordinators and the pace is so slow you fall azzz...

This was such a disappointing film. I gave it about 30 min but the acting was so poor and so badly written I just didn't have enough needles left to poke into my eyes.

The sword play, well I have seen better with kids and sticks in the playground. The story was OK but the action left a lot to be desired. Gunner was the only believable Berserker and Darcie Lincoln wasn't too shabby in both the acting and on the eye. But overall this was a bit of a let down. Could have been so much more if the action was actually believable

Loved it from the very start - stay with it until the end there's a very wicked twist.
Appalling acting and shocking script. It would be difficult to make such a bad film unless you lacked complete talent. The dialogue is unusual In that there is a constant misuse of the old English thee and thou - a basic knowledge of Shakespeare would teach you this. The best actors were the horses.

This is like a low budget school play! Worst acting worst story line I would consider life if I had anything to do with it..... can't believe I lasted an hour into the film just hoping for something to happen worth watching ... please the people that wrote this and produced it just give up. Film making is not for you and the actors OMG I could do a better job and I've never acted a day in my life . What's even the point in this film delete it and hope no more eyes are left bleeding in the world from it .

That's an hour and 43 minutes of my life that i will never get back. Did any of these actors have any training when it came to sword play, look like they were just going through the motions. Just where did they come up with the swords, sounded like they were made out of tin.
Do yourself a favor and pass on this film.

By fare the worst viking film i have seen (almost), managed to watch only 20min of this garbage. Several actors didn't look much scandinavian, unrealistic haircut, stoopid costumes especially one in a blue miniskirt and the tractor tracks in a field really set the low standard.
I am a massive viking fan of all walks.
However this ain't been thought out. I'm not one for negative but this film dont waste your time.
Gave it 10 minutes.

So I wrote this review based on other reviews. According to them, it really sucked. So I would not recommend this movie based on their reviews. If I could give this a 0/10 I would simply because the title makes it seem more like a documentary that what it apparently is attempting to portray. I'm going to take the advice of the other reviewers and just ignore this movie.
Makes me wonder if this movie is just one long stream of captioned rolling waves. One wave comes in and you see SCREAMING, the wave leaves and another comes followed by SCREAMING, and so on for an hour. On the other hand.... nope, that would have been a good movie.

Berserkers were an "elite" fighting force of Vikings (so to speak), so why they are fighting Vikings in this movie is beyond me. Six minutes in and I'm out. What a waste of time.

I think a lot of people are criticising too much. It was clearly not shot on much.
Fun story, some good action and death scenes. Nice telling of the Berserker war that happened.

This movie (like others on ThisTV) is so awful that it's quite possible it was by design. Just by mere chance, I don't believe it's possible to have such poor acting. This is of the same "quality" as "The Last Days of Billy The Kid." Just pathetic from top to bottom. It's almost as if movies like this were created / produced by the U. S. government. Your time would be better spent watching grass grow (even in the dormant winter season) or paint drying. Also, I believe the costumes were purchased on clearance from Party City. Lastly, these actors don't look very Nordic... more like they were picked up from a trailer park.

The characters chosen for the film look more like wine than warriors
the name of the film has nothing to do with the film is a waste of time
