A suburban family is left devastated and at a loss when a tragic car accident takes the life of their young son, Jack. While Jack's parents are trying to make sense of the tragedy, his father turns to alcohol to deflect his demons and his mother tries her best to keep busy. However, they fail to notice the true depths to which their other son and Jack's twin brother, Lenny, is not coping well with the loss of his other half. As a means to feel re-connected with Jack, Lenny subconsciously turns his brother's toy lion into a source of comfort. With a family that is growing distant from their conjoined loss, will Lenny ever receive the closure he needs in order to be a normal kid again?
