During "The Last Tiger," After the bridge is blown and the Tiger track comes off, Kertz is walking away from the tank and is shot in the back by Schroder, who not only popped out of his own hatch without making any sound, but when Hartman is seen hanging, Schroder opens his hatch, which makes a very loud metal screeching noise. Schroder was not already seen standing up out of the tank turret the last time Muller is seen talking from the turret of the tank. Meaning Schroder pops up, readies his weapon, and fires before Muller, who is in the same turret as him notices, in less than 2 seconds without being seen or heard.
During "The Last Tiger," After the bridge is blown and the Tiger track comes off, Muller pops up from the hatch to look around, and not only has Kertz gotten out of the tank from without any noise, he is already several feet away from the tank, shuffling away, despite a obvious limp. There was no time or way for Kertz to abandon the tank and get that far away in the few seconds Muller popped up from the hatch to look.
