The chemistry among these 3 amigos is palpable. Great fun, huge laughs, really enjoying this series.
Outstanding piece of TV.... I'm not a chef, love microwaves and simple food but was inspired by this piece of TV genius. Couldn't stop laughing, have become interested in cooking... please, please produce another series.
Was sad this ended! Enjoyed every minute of it! The chemistry between them is soo good! I hope they make another season!

Loved it, this had me in fits of laughter all the way through. They are a great trio of characters and compliment each other fantastically. Gino is totally bonkers, I want him to be my friend lol.

True-life representation of typical French Scottish and Italian culture, funny as it gets. Separately the guys are great but together it is a real bomb. Whoever came up with the idea of doing trips and cooking together is a genius. Gino brings a bit of dictator-like Italian with hedonistic attitude, Fred brings a haughty french art connoisseur and easy-go hipster, and of course the perfectionist Gordon brings order to it all making fun of both with deadpan humor and obsessive compulsive disorder to control every result to be the best. Together they are greater then when separately. Going Greek was a real bonus adding the most beautiful landscapes and culture in the world. I hope to see more travels delicious food and funny bickering in the future.

I found this enjoyable TV. Beautiful places visited, amazing cuisine shown from those regions, and lots of laughs along the way.

It's very well produced show, and occasionally hilarious, but thank god Fred is there to balance out Gordon and Gino. Gino's antics are entertaining, until he goes too far. Gordon's competetiveness and arrogance is tongue in cheek until it isn't.
The great chemistry between the three wouldn't be what it is without Gino's immaturity, but he doesn't seem to understand when it's time to tone it down, especially when the locals are trying to tell him about their cuisine. The amount of time he "spontaneously" gets nude, also takes away a lot of the authenticity of the show. If those moments were truly spur of the moment, with all of the production staff and other people around, he'd be on some sort of sexual misconduct register by now. Gordon's extreme competetivness, meanwhile, can be almost uncomfortable to watch and his attempts at humour are usually just boorish. Gordon is funniest when Gino and Fred annoy him, not so much when he tries to take the piss.
With that said, this is a really well made series with good chemistry between the hosts and some beautiful scenerey. You might cringe as much as you laugh, but the laughs are probably worth it.

I really liked the show. It has a great portrait of quick banter, shows amazing places and puts a spotlight on the nature of the ingredients.

Was absolutely hilarious with Gino being such a bad driver. Maybe get Jamie Oliver for the next episode. Make it fun

"I know let's make Top Gear with all the juvenile humour but just have some food people involved, that angry British guy, the invisible french waiter bloke, oh and that stereotype Italian monkey"
Awful series, scripted to the point of the bizarre (oh look they all fell off a jet ski and Gino is naked again!) and without any real content. You don't learn about the food too much as they're too busy trying to crack terrible jokes or focusing on Gino's nudity (seriously this guy needs to be on some sort of register)
The Italian kick off was a total embarrassment, 'Gino has got loads of cousins' seems to be the main theme and 'Gordon hates limoncello'. That's it. The wedding at the end even looked fake but at least it allowed Fred to just be a waiter which is the only thing he's good at. The three have about as much chemistry as a lump of pebbles which is probably why the Italian monkey man kept getting naked. I'd rather watch middle aged fat men make racist jokes and talk about cars and that's saying something as I think Clarkson is the antichrist.

The chemistry is great amongst the three. One of the best shows going around. Fast paced and the guys don't take themselves too seriously. Enjoy Gino's cooking shows and in this series he shows a wonderful sense of humour and fun. Very, very funny. More, please! Crying with laughter!

An Italian, a Brit, and a Frenchman, who happen to be some of the biggest stars of the UK restaurant scene, all with big macho egos go on food themed road trips.
That should be reason enough to watch this show.
But the hilarious banter and chemistry between the three, constantly trying to one up and undermine one an other with adolescent behaviour, really is the icing on the cake.
Some of the best moments are small restaurateurs meeting Gordon Ramsay, with his worldwide fame, they are usually struck with awe and keen to impress him, but, he quickly gets taken down a peg brilliantly by Gino and Fred.
It really reminds me of Top Gear, three grown men with big egos acting like 10 year old boys, on a road trip.

Love it, so funny. Amazing friendships and food and alot of laughs with boys being boys.
This is the most enjoayble road trip next to top gear/grand tour.
They had a great mix of characters and style. They compliment each other and they gave me some great things to do in italy, France and scotland.
Really a must watch of you like food

If they're smart, they'll keep filming new seasons of this immensely entertaining, witty and hilarious show. You never get tired of watching their antics and adventures. Gino and his over-the-top-drama queen approach to everything is a perfect antidote to Gordon's perpetually swearing cool as ice persona. And Fred is delightfully bridging the gap between them. I never thought a culinary show might make me binge watch every bit of it, but it definitely did and I keep coming back for more. Amazing chemistry and positive energy, between them. On the other hand, it's because of their specific personality traits that the show is so great. I don't think Jamie Oliver would fit in, seems to be too well-behaved for this kind of concept. Gino's jester-ish persona doesn't seem staged to me, which makes him so appealing.

On the whole, it's a funny, visually interesting and engaging show. It's fun, light weight and entertaining, if you like fully grown men acting like a bunch of teenagers, which is cool, no problem there.
The only thing that's difficult to take are the obviously set up scenarios that they pretend are spontaneous and unplanned. In this respect it's just like Top Gear with chefs. You have the , serious group leader (Gordon), the cheeky vulgar, but funny one (Gino) and the straight guy, with the hilarious laugh (Fred). They're a great combo and make a great show, it'd just be majorly improved by it being more real and honest.
Fun show, just be better if they didn't try so hard and let things happen more organically.

Gordon, Gino and Fred work very well as a trio and the three have great chemistry with one another. Gordon acts as a sort of straight man to Gino and Fred's crazy antics which have me laughing every time. The show is somewhat reminiscent of the old Top Gear specials where they'd drive around in different countries.
Since this show started airing there have been a number of "road trip" shows from other stars in the UK but none compare to this one which is a testament to how great it is. I look forward to it every time it returns to TV.

What is wrong with Gino D'Acampo? Is he ok? He's a total degenerate...everytime he sees booze he totally necks it, says some of the most obscene things and it's like it's normal. Gordon and Fred act normal but then they're stuck with this disgusting little degenerate guy. Hardly any cooking happens and when it does it's just an ego boost for Ramsey. Pointless show.
My family are all adults & this was a very entertaining series. 3 naughty boys travelling the globe, cooking & getting into trouble .

I can genuinely say this is one of the best TV programmes of recent years- no make that ever. The joy and banter of the three is infectious. It is life affirming, fun, informative and visually beautiful. Whoever thought this concept up and decided on the casting is genius. More please as soon as possible!
