Movie is a light thriller\comedy. Its enjoyable for whole family. The two lead female actors could have done with a little more acting talent.

I have to admit that Ramesh Pisharody's Ganagandharvan (The God of Singing) is a far better film than other lowbrow comedy dramas that have released in Malayalam cinema in 2019, just because it has several doses of laughter-inducing slapstick and one-liners and an overall palpable story that is devoid of much logic. TN.

A good movie to enjoy. There is no double meaning jokes or out of the box stunts or any unbearable cliches. Simple movie with a valid theme that won't disappoint you for 2 hours. One of the better movie of Mammotty in recent times.

A simple movie with some funny scenes. The stage performance scenes of mammooty looked artificial, but he nailed the emotional and all other scenes. The voice modulation of leading actresses felt something wrong. Comedy worked well. Overall a good one.

To be honest,this movie had a decent subject but it s executed terribly.Add to that there are some really annoying performances too.Actress Who Played Mammootty s Wife,the Advocate Were really irritating.Ramesh Pisharady s First Movie was a decent attempt,but this one really sucks.

Bad casting of hero as well as heroine. The girl child who did the role of heros daughter, suresh krishna, manoj k jayan , kunjan are only people who knew acting in that movie .

Jayaram would have been the ideal hero for the story

First half is too lag,but the second part is very interesting....overall a good family movie.

Such a bad story line and Mammootty's performance is below average especially in scenes where he performs on the stage. The casting too is very bad, the most notable ones being Devan's, Dharmajan's and Sudheer Karamana's roles. Not sure how this movie is getting good reports.

If you want to see a movie with family go for it. A pure family movie with lots of fun, emotions and more. Main attraction is the climax. Nowadays o dont think so that a movie that not contain A type comedies. But this movie doesnt have anything like that. You can laugh with your family for the pure comedy

Acting by Mammootty was very realistic and down to earth. But, the onscreen chemistry between Mammootty and his wife was grossly mismatched, due to their gaping age difference (nearly 45 years). It was uncomfortable to watch and downright embarrassing at times. The director could have cast somebody a little older in the role to make it believable. The plot though not very engaging, was decent. This movie was touted to be a "comedy entertainer" but the laughs were too few and far in between, due to lack of witty dialogues. This movie may not feature on my top "20 must watch movie list", but I would save it for a rainy day when I run out of watchable options.

On paper it might have sounded good, but this is a purely average film, slow, strictly one time watch if u have nothing to do...even if u miss this film it's okay...so many unnecessary scenes drag the film to a bore...but the main issue here is the casting, although Mammootty did a very convincing role, i felt these kind of films don't do justice to his ability as an actor or his image as a star... actors like Jayaram or Biju Menon could have been a better choice... some of the main supporting characters too were miscast...Ramesh Pisharody is a very inexperienced director n u can see it in many scenes...just ok film i guess.

This is one of the worst movies you will see! The casting, acting, script and direction is like one of those adults only B grade movies. Mammooty's wife's acting is just laughable to watch. I gave a 2.0 because the story was good. Ramesh should stick with anchoring and comedy shows. He is very good at those.

I was excited to watch based on the Youtube reviews by movie goers. Now understand how all these are just fake!

Mammootty and Remesh Pisharody combo has done full justice to the script... except for few casting issues... movie is an wholesome entertainer...

Mammotty was a big mis cast here. This role was tailor made someone like Jayaram or Dileep. The age gap between all the heroine's and him is so visible.

Apart from Mammotty all other supporting cast was good. Especially Manoj K Jayan, Siddique, Suresh Krishna and Shafi was good.

Loved the scene where decent Devan dancing to Daler Mehendi song was great.

I am disappointed that Ramesh Pisharody just to get a marketable Hero he casted Mammootty and he should avoid doing movies with heroine's more than half of his age. At least more than 30 year age gap is so visible.

Just an average movie no wonder it bombed at the box office.

Another hit from the megastar. Ganagandharvan is successfully running in all theatres. A conplete family movie.
