a sketch

No doubts, it is a beautiful film inspired by the life of Hiroo Onuda. The cinematography is admirable, the performance is more than decent, the location - inspired. But the story remains, against each effort, only a sketch or draft or delicate drawing. Off course, no many to say. But the film seems, for not make mistakes, be too far by its story. Result - it is poetic, good crafted, but it has not soul. Almost a puzzle with few pieces for imagine the whole image.
