What a load of rubbish. Did meghan markle write it?
It makes everyone around her appear to grovel to her every wish. It trivialises all aspects of the royal life and traditions. It gives the impression that she is going to be the saviour of the world. I'm sorry but it was really painful to watch.

This movie felt contrived and no chemistry between Meghan and Harry. The movie last year was really good. In the one from last year I literally felt like I was watching the real life Meghan and Harry. Don't waste your time with this dreck.

Yikes! The new Harry and Meghan suck. Should have gotten the entire original cast for the sequel.

It was simply annoying to watch two entitled people act as though they suffer endlessly. I don't think they have any idea how whiny and self-absorbed they sound. They just did not do a good job of making a case for themselves, and I really wanted to give them a fair chance to explain their side of the story. If I had to state a positive, I would say that the beginning of the show started out rather well. They gave some credit to a few members of the royal family. From there it really disintegrated into some rather unbelievable stories and petty complaints. Considering Harry's service to his country, I was surprised that he came off as being so spoiled.
The actress playing Meghan is lovely, but the other movie was much more believable. Also, it seems to be a one-sided, pro-Meghan fluff piece. Even when they brought up the air fresheners, which is true, it made her seem innocent. She is very type-A.

When Harry and Meghan announced their engagement, I was rooting for them. When they did the Oprah interview, I felt sorry for them and believed them. But 5 minutes into this scripted reality show, my eyes rolled back into my head and never returned. Their constant lies are crystal clear. As someone who despises monarchies across the world, I was always trying to defend these two. But they are delusional, narcissistic, egotistical, and they feed on the attention they get by constantly playing the victim. They deserve a global media blackout. I don't want to see them anywhere ever again. The world has way too many problems as it is. We do not want to hear about their elite life problems. They could have spent their time partying, living their life, traveling, bringing attention to important global issues and charities. Instead they're crying about their diamond shoes being tight and complaining about their gold plated dinner.
Meghan Markle uses people to gain advantage--her advantage. Then she distances them. Then discards. Her own father is the perfect example. He took care of her, paid for all her education, went into financial insecurity over her and she then tells the world she grew up in a Sizzler's salad bar at $4.99.
She bullied the Royal staff and insulted the Queen. She was using Harry right from the get go. This movie does not address any of these truths but rather plays to the American version that she is a wonderful person and what she says is the utter truth. Her interview with Oprah contained at least 17 factual errors but she was never questioned.
Don't waste your time with this movie. It is just propaganda.

Uninteresting film about a nasty but uniteresting Meghan Markle. I wish I had weeded my garden rather than have wasted my time on this film.

This is a total waste of life to watch. It's just more of the same. Narcissist Megan and Simp Harry who sits by as she runs a fool muck of playing a role of sad spoiled girl. The real role was chasing him down and social climbing, then trying to ruin the Royal family because it's all they have to try to stay revelant for a hot 2 seconds.
Their 15 minutes of fame are over. Their families now hate them as much as the world does.
Shut up and go raise chickens already somewhere. There is nothing important coming out of wither of their mouths nor their work.
Maybe you can find another Cali socialite to hand you a fake new award each year to sooth the egos, but this isnt the story of the King and Wallace having to leave. It is not Diana being hounded to death. This is the story of a coupld of spoiled brats.
Even the voice tones are fake, calculated, and disgusting. 🤢

I love this fairy tail love story! Anyone who didn't love it, really needs a hug!! So tired of mates against each other- it was sooooo refreshing to see the support given to each other- Real true love! Sooooo refreshing to experience a true " Fairytale." Most people have to experience love and or hardships to really understand what it takes to make a union work- and most don't know--outsiders are usually against you! I love that their bond was able to not only recognize the darkness trying to invade their light, but Harry willing to make the ultimate sacrifice- this was a narrative we'll NEVER EXPERIENCE.

Fascinating how Meghan deals with all the problems with fitting in, her family and criticism by the press.
Tiffany Smith who plays Meghan looks like her sometimes though she isn't as pretty as the real Meghan or the actress in the first Lifetime movie.
Some parts are quite moving like her nightmare of a father and haters. A good amount of the dialogue is unlikely and sounds like platitudes. The quarrel is contrived.
William looks like the real one but the actress who plays the Queen is too big and doesn't act like the Queen. The worst casting is the actor who plays Harry doesn't look like Harry at all. The one in the previous movie was a better fit.
Worth a watch.

I cant believe I started watching it. How can anyone go and publicly say something bad about their own family? Even if they miss-treated you, you never take anything bad outside of your house. It's just a good manners. But to go and make a show out of it. Such a shame. The only thought that this show brought to me was: please stop blaming everyone and look at yourself. If you hate media and attention, then why do you cry for it with this new show? No one loved Meghan like Diana. No one really loved her period. Or even more was threatened by her. I just feel so sorry for prince Harry. What if one day he will realized what he felt into?
The actress doesn't even look like Meghan! The acting was bad wasn't very believable. The first movie was great! This not so much

I thought this film was very enjoyable. It gave us some possible insights of two people in love and the bride becoming part of a Royal family. As true to life as it could be considering. But gave us a glimpse of what it might be like living with and interacting with the Royals. The actors were very well casted which brought a certain amount of realism. It was, to me personally, a feel good film and made me smile throughout. I would recommend it to everyone.

I don't care whether you are rich or poor. No one deserves to be abused full stop.
Seeing the level of hate that has gone on even in the comments of these reviews is nothing short of heartbreaking.
How can so many people have such little compassion.
It's not just heartbreaking for this family, but for all of human kind.
Meghan and Harry - I BELIEVE YOU.
I'm truly sorry that you have not received the response you may have hoped for.
Sadly I think most people who believe - simply won't bother to write a defence. Why? Because they aren't bothered with gossip.
They know that you cannot argue with the ignorant masses.
Like a victim of domestic violence, you need to break the attachment. No matter how much it hurts.
I hope that you can find peace knowing that you spoke your truth and in the end that's what matters. The people who matter, know the truth.

Okay, this is terribly sappy writing. And the character portrayals are not exactly honest. The Royal Family appear overly affectionate and silly. Meghan's character is forced to say terrible lines that the real Meghan would never say. But Tiffany Smith could virtually double for Meghan Markle in body and voice. And her acting was decent. All in all, it was a fair interpretation of the events. But Meghan's father and half sister from hell was downplayed. The documentary was great. Meghan's nieces by way of her half sister were left out of the movie and I think they were critical to telling the story that would undermine Samantha since she was emotionally and physically abuse to her children to the point where child protective services had to remove them. Meghan formed a sisterly relationship with them as they were closer in age to her than she was to Samantha. She wanted to have Noelle and Ashleigh at the wedding but it was a PR issue. That made a good story.
I love the documentary because it was told in a narrative fashion that kept you engaged but I hope down the line to have a bigger budget movie similar to this but grittier. No cheesy lines. Be truthful as possible to the story. I did love the flashbacks and reflections to Princess Diana. They were very stirring. I do often keep hoping the Crown will continue to finish this tale but that's not the plan. At any rate, it's solid for a lifetime movie. I watched the one for Kate and William. That was downright terrible and had the excitement of watching paint dry. So, this is surefire improvement.

Pretty apparent who loves and hates it. British Tabloid media and the British public are literally tearing them down at every turn and that is what this series is all about. Apparently the negative reviews are reflecting the politics of it and not the actual series and it's message for what it is worth. You are either Team Meghan or not. That is the sole determinant of how you rate this.
I hope after they tell their story that everyone leaves them alone. Harry didn't choose to be a prince. He loved it and decided love was more important to him than pageantry and honorifics.
He left it and was smeared. Damned if he did, damned if he didn't.
Grow up everyone. Live and let live.

I think it's amazing story about love, about evolving and having each other's back, about how equally is real. I'm really grateful that it's being shared with up, with public. It's a shame that we live it the word where this must've happened. Honestly can't understand people spending some much of them on hate. Thank you for your openness, thank you for holding, thank you for changing the world and speaking up, it's very important. I can only recommend this documentary, I think parts of it is something we should teach at schools. Some may say it's a fake, but should we care? It's right and good, it's speaking from the heart and I really don't care if it
It's true from the beginning to the end, but I believe it and believe in it.
How can members of the Royal family who are patrons of mental health charities wish for Megan to silence herself when she feels suicidal. How can Harry and Megan be blamed for being the press' lies creating a public fantasy they had no control over. Why shouldn't they be able to defend themselves like normal people and sue the press. Why can't they represent the monarchy in one of the commonwealth states eg Canada. This looks awful to anyone who is progressive regarding the monarchy's inability to move on with the times. I feel Harry and Megan and stronger and better off for leaving and we are all lucky that this documentary will create change for the better!

Glad they both said their truth and it was intriguing from start to finish. If you want the inner working of how bad they have been treated then you need to watch this. I was appalled by claim of paying people to say things about Meghan to criticism of her every single move. It was like the British tabloids had it in for both of them the very minute they dare pushback on the press - It was game on & free hunting on there on. As for Prince William, karma will get him and the rest of the Royal Family if they continue with the smear campaign. I'm glad they both broke free and had the opportunity to tell their own side of the story.

I am IN LOVE with this show so far. Just finished episode 4. Although I know nothing about the royal family, I really appreciate what Megan and Harry are doing here. It's such a humanistic perspective. A personal experience of their own account of the trauma that happens being in the public eye. I can't imagine. I love the world work that they do. Covid threw out so many policies. I'm just going to go a head and say Prince Harry and Megan Markle for US president 2024. They have a natural leadership and personable connective personalities that can move us into a safe and healthy country. I am very moved by their story so far. Thank you Harry and Megan for your vulnerability.
