The story is interesting. The cast is excellent. Acting is good in parts for most of the actors. But still, the movie is not gripping. In an attempt to show the simmilarities and parallels between the two stories, the editing becomes so abrupt, that the continuity is lost. There is one important point about the playback also. Arti Anklikar is a well known artist and has rendered the songs very well, but her voice is not fitting to the character of Bhairavi at all. Bhairavi is so delicate and young and the singing voice is middle age matured. It is like, giving Begum Akhtar's playback to Saira Banu. Overall, the film fails to have a lingering effect on the audience.
