Most of the storyboard animation of the series is done at OddBot Animation in California for season 1. Season 2 now does animation with Pipeline Studios.

Chris Hamilton inspired the character Todd from the looks of Kurt Cobain, because Hamilton is a fan of Nirvana and he wanted to make the character look cool.
Farmer Shire was originally named Farmer Fleetwood. But changed the character name to due to a lawsuit by the band Fleetwood Mac.
