This is another of George Ade's humorous comedies of the tired business man, his funny visitors and too many cocktails. He enters his office in the morning with the intention of doing a week's work during the day. but he is bothered with callers, such as the fruit vendor, the man with the funny puzzle, the insurance agent and last, but not least, the rube. The moral is "Work Is a Snap, but Intermissions Play Hob With the Nervous System." - The Moving Picture World, August 22, 1914
