Paul Whiteman wrote the music for a theme song for the picture, titled "Wonderful One," according to the 9 January 1926 Exhibitors Herald. The film's distributor, Associated Exhibitors, Inc., arranged with Leo Feist, Inc., to release the song "to every large radio station in the United States and Canada" on 7 January 1926 as a tie-up with the film's premiere.
A world premiere took place on 7 January 1926, aboard the U.S.S. Leviathan, docked outside New York City, as noted in the following day's New York Times. Critical reception was mixed.
