The play 'The Man from Toronto' by 'Douglas Murray' opened on Broadway at the Selwyn Theatre (now the American Airlines Theatre) on June 17th, 1926, and ran for 28 performances. The production was directed by Albert Bannister and featured Curtis Cooksey, Peg Entwistle, Ethel Martin and Gavin Muir in the cast.
