- Ollie: [reading the ad Stan put in the newspaper] Sincerely yours, Mr. Laurel and Mr. Hardy. P.S. Those not interested, do not answer.
- Butch's girlfriend: Do you happen to have any keys?
- Ollie: Keys?
- Butch's girlfriend: Yes, my friend got locked in the trunk and he can't get out.
- Ollie: Locked in the trunk?
- Butch's girlfriend: Yes. Well, you see he was packing and he accidentally fell in.
- Stan: It could happen.
- Butch's girlfriend: Maybe you could help me open it.
- Ollie: Show us the trunk and we'll have it open in a jiffy.
- Butch: SO!
- [He charges to Stan and Ollie as started going to panic attack]
- Butch: [He beats up Stan and Ollie]
- Police Officer: [as they arrived to the apartment]
- [as they grabbed Butch]
- Police Officer: YOU ARE GOING WITH ME, GET INTO MY POLICE CAR NOW!
- [They railed him to prison]
- Police Officer: [We see the boys sitting in the couch with their legs cut off and wrapped around their necks]
- Ollie: Well, Here's another nice mess you've gotten me into!
- Stan: [High-Pitched whining] But I couldn't help it! You've always picked on me!
- Butch: You dirty, double-crossin' squealers. You're rats! I'll get even with you if it's the last thing I ever do. Ain't a jail in this country strong enough to hold me. When I do get out, I'll break off your legs and I'll wrap 'em around your neck!
- Man with Warning: Listen fellas, If you take my advice, you'll get out of town as soon as possible. Butch is like an elephant. He never forgets.
