Retitled 'Little Pal', this film's earliest documented telecasts took place in Los Angeles Sunday 4 December 1949 on KFI (Channel 9), in Cincinnati Monday 9 January 1950 on WKRC (Channel 11), in Chicago Sunday 4 June 1950 on WBKB (Channel 4) and in New York City Tuesday 15 August 1950 on WATV (Channel 13).
After Mickey Rooney became more of a star, Monogram re-released the film under the new title Little Pal to play up his role rather than that of Ralph Bellamy.
