Ruth Etting Sings -- Who Cares If Everything Else Stinks

Ruth Etting, in 20 minutes, sings Those Enduring Young Charms and a some Hollywood movie Latin number. the Latin item -- which gets repeated twice -- does not really suit her voice. Those Enduring Young Charms isn't typical Ruth Etting -- but she sounds very lovely singing it. This movie is (just barely) worth seeing to catch this.

There is a plot and some attempted comedy in this movie. There are also other actors, one of whom is supposed to be funny because he is missing some of his front teeth and he thinks he's a Latin lover. Yetch! The less said about all of that, the better. It's hard to believe that the writer or the director of this short tried very hard.
