Loretta Young and Grant Withers made this during the time that they were married, but it came out after they divorced. One of the reasons she gave for the divorce was because she had been too young to marry (she was only 17 when they got married)

in First National Pictures and from that point on, all "First National" productions were actually made under Warner Bros. control, even though the two companies continued to retain separate identities until the mid-1930's, after which time "A Warner Bros.-First National Picture" was often used.
First film adaptation of a 1929 play called 'Broken Dishes' by Martin Flavin, which featured an aspiring actress named Bette Davis appearing in her first stage-play. She played the role Loretta Young plays in this film version.
