Let's Celebrake

At the beginning, Popeye and Bluto sing "Christmas Comes But Once a Year". This references the Color Classic cartoon, released two years earlier.

As Popeye and Grandma dance (and then Bluto and Olive), the heads of the inner crowd of dancers (who all are moving counterclockwise, while the main characters either stand in place or dance clockwise) can be seen. It's obvious the crowd is comprised of only a handful of individuals (about 6 characters) that are continually repeated. (Especially noticeable is a dark-haired guy with a pointy hat whose arm and elbow fly up in the air.)
