- [after Dishonest Dan steals milk from Droopy's baby, the child walks up Dan's chest and stares him in the face]
- Droopy's Baby: You know what? That makes me mad.
- [using his prodigious strength, the child proceeds to punch and pound Dan into submission]

- Droopy: [breaking the fourth wall] Hello, folks... You know what? I'm the hero.
- [last lines]
- Dishonest Dan: [to Droopy's cow as he milks her] Well, sure hate to be doin' this to you, ma'am, but it's the Law of the West.
- [Dishonest Dan has captured and tied up Droopy and his wife]
- Dishonest Dan: Well, homesteaders, sure hate to shoot ya in the back like this, but it's the Law of the West.
- [Droopy shoots the pistol out of Dishonest Dan's hand, causing it to run around and whimper in mortal pain, so Dan shoots it]
- Dishonest Dan: Doggone. I sure hated to do that. But, it's the Law of the West, though.
