- Narrator: This here sure is Dallas, Texas, the way it stands today. But hidden amid the modern buildings there still stands today a small reminder of the way it used to be, the very first jail house. It was built to house the very first bad man in the history of Texas. Now remember this was a long time ago, back when Texas was young, mighty young.
- Narrator: Clothing was no problem at all. Everybody wore leopard skins... Everybody except the leopards.
- [last lines]
- Narrator: And that is how the first jail house was built, one million years ago. It stands in Dallas to this very day, in memory of Dinosaur Dan, the first Texas bad man. And speaking of poor, old Dan, before I go, I would like to ask my fellow Texans one thing.
- [the narrator - Dinosaur Dan himself - steps into view inside the jail]
- Narrator: When y'all gonna let me out of here?
