Goofs

Sandy fires an awful lot of shots from his pistol (which is a revolver) without ever appearing to reload it.

Griff is shot and killed whilst bathing in a wooden bathtub. The bullets puncture the tub in six places and the water is seen pouring out of the bullet holes. The water is perfectly clear, however, with no sign of blood.

When Eddie Spanier (Robert Stack) is first knocked unconscious by members of Sandy Dawson's gang, Dawson tells one of his underlings to awaken him by tossing a bucket of ice on him. As he lies on the floor, however, Eddie flinches as soon as Dawson gives this command, before any ice actually hits Eddie's face.

A woman (in a crowd) is seen going down (as if she's shot) before Sandy shoots at her.
