Don Stannard (Dick Barton) and Sebastian Cabot (Fouracada) were involved in a car crash in Cookham Dean, Berkshire, England, UK on July 9, 1949. Stannard, who was driving, was killed instantly but Cabot escaped with only minor injuries.
