Near the beginning of the film, Emile leaves the water pitcher on the table with Mildred and Johnny and walks away. After a couple shots back and forth, the water pitcher disappears from the table and has moved to a side table behind the couple.
When Johnny is in Harris' office, Harris takes out two glasses and starts pouring drinks. He starts pouring into the glass on his right, but in the very next cut, he's pouring above the glass on his left before moving to other glass.
When Johnny Dalton (Frank Sinatra) is first in Hot Horse Harris' office the phone rings while they are talking. The Bookie picks up the phone and says into the it, "Hold it". He then goes on with his conversation with Dalton, only when he covers the phone with his hand, he covers the ear piece, not the mouth piece. Conversation can still be heard.
