In "Pizza Joint," The Cheat having a restaurant inside his barbecue grill refers to Bugs convincing Yosemite Sam that there is a party going on in Sam's wood-burning oven.

Bill introduces this Bugs Bunny/Yosemite Sam cartoon directed by Friz Freleng, which reuses a familiar fourth wall-breaking gag in which the cartoon is interrupted by a member of the audience.
