The tailgate on the truck changes from open to closed several times when the truck is stuck in the river bed.
The floating tree branch that hits Vic is the same one that Samuel watched float by hours earlier. (Samuel saw the branch when they got stuck in the river, Vic got hit when the truck was nearly unloaded of nearly 300 cases of beer.)
When Samuel is being transferred from the cargo ship to the native's boat the wooden crates that were next to Samuel disappear after the scene cuts to him sitting in the native boat.
After the natives cut the tree in half that's blocking the road they move one half to the side, collect their payment of beer and then leave. However, when the truck leaves both sides are moved to the side.
