Taape becomes the star of the movie when the real one is acting the prima donna. She becomes a same kind of diva as this Tabe is as she puts the wig on.Armand Lohikoski is the director of Taape Tähtenä (1962).Tuija Halonen (in her last feature film) does a great job portraying this slightly annoying diva that was influenced by Tabe Slioor.Tarmo Manni plays a Persilian Prince Ahmed who's crazy about her. Also crazy about her is Alarik, played by Matti Aulos. And also an actor called Kallu, that the famed comedian Leo Jokela portrays.Ossi Elstelä plays the director.Sakari Jurkka is the producer.Veikko Linna is Arranger Puhakka.Armas Jokio plays Set Designer. The late famed comedian Pertti "Spede" Pasanen is Bodyguard Jöns.The young Kristiina Elstelä is in her debut playing Mannequin.Auvo Nuotio is Police. In a music band you can see the famous musician brothers Eero and Jussi Raittinen. This was the director's Armand Lohikoski's final picture he directed before his early retirement. The leading lady, Armand's wife Tuija Halonen sadly passed away on January at the age of 82.And just yesterday, when I was watching this movie, my mother called that the Finnish legend Åke Lindman has died.It made this comedy harder for me to enjoy. But it can be enjoyable if the circumstances are right. It does have some fun stuff. The skating scene, where Tuija is first time on ice, is one of them.If you like old Finnish comedies, you should see this and the work done by the late great Tuija Halonen.
