Blackmore as part of Deep Purple and Hemmings was interviewed with his new bride Gayle Hunnicutt. The episode aired on October 23rd 1968.
Jennifer Moss was familiar to television viewers for playing Lucille Hewitt in Coronation Street (1960). She was able to act in the film owing to a lengthy Equity Actors' Strike from November 1961 to April 1962, which prevented her from appearing in the ITV soap until the dispute ended.
