Numerous sources, including the IMDb erroneously claim that this film is black & white, but having personally seen it on television several years ago I can personally attest that's in colour, probably to compensate for its poverty row production values, studio sets and reliance upon stock footage.
Historically notable as Anne Sheridan's final film before she succumbed at the age of 52 to cancer (she smoked like a chimney as is all too apparent here) as the bone of contention between two male rivals her gaunt appearance prompts a profound sense of melancholy when one recalls charming and good-humoured she was in her prime.
