When a young successor already chosen rises to be boss of the organizations, bitter resentment & jealousy fuels treachery & violence from some older members of the group. Director Kôsaku Yamashita builds an epic tale, an engrossing action packed drama of brotherhood, honour and loyalty, The solid cast breathes life into the deeply drawn characters, outstanding performances all round. Marvellous mise-en-scène for the modern setting detail, with numerous action encounters .Sengo Saidai no Toba is Highly Recommended
