The film cast includes two Oscar winners: Jon Voight and Robert Duvall; and one Oscar nominee: Seymour Cassel.
The writer of "The Revolutionary" and the author of the novel it's based on, Hans Koningsberger, was born in Amsterdam in the Netherlands. So maybe as a nod to him the Dutch national anthem, the "Wilhelmus" is heard two times on the soundtrack.
