In this interview legendary Grindhouse director William Grefe discusses filming in the swamp, snake attacks, signing William Shatner at the airport and the truth about the Florida Yeti.
Did you ever think your films would be given the Blu-ray treatment like this?
In all my emails and Facebook, people from all over the world love this Blu-ray edition. I’m hearing from strangers and people I’ve met over the years – it’s interesting how people love the old grindhouse movies. It’s a lost art. Arrow have called this boxset He Came From The Swamp – they won’t let me out of the Everglades however hard I try!
What was it like filming in the Everglades?

“It’s done,” declares Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) in a preview trailer of this Sunday’s new episode of “The Walking Dead.” Negan has cut the literal head off of The Whisperers, but trouble may just be beginning for the survivors of the Hilltop battle. Watch the video clip above for Season 10, Episode 14, titled “Look at the Flowers,” which airs Sunday, March 29 on AMC.
Carol (Melissa McBride) triumphantly places the severed head of Alpha (Samantha Morton) on a pike at the Whisperers’ border. The grieving mother once again proved she is not to be messed with, and successfully kept her secret plot with Negan under wraps. It’s apparent that she promised Negan something big in exchange for carrying out the plan. “I held up my end, now hold up yours,” he barks. Did Carol promise him freedom? Her fellow Alexandrians may not be too happy with her rogue decision.

There are only a few episodes left of this season of The Walking Dead, and a brief preview for this week’s outing sees Carol take her final vengeance on Alpha by planting the reanimated head of the dead Whisperer leader on a wooden pike in mockery of the fate of her adopted son Henry. This won’t be the end of things, though, and after Beta discovers what happened, it will likely spark a final assault from the skin-masked tribe that will result in a high body count.
The preview also sees Negan speak to Carol, proclaiming “I held up my end, now hold up yours,” referring to whatever it was she offered him in exchange for his help in pursuing her revenge, meaning we’ll likely see what happened when Carol freed him from prison. It’s possible that Carol agreed to speak on Negan’s behalf to...

AMC’s zombie apocalypse drama “The Walking Dead,” based on Robert Kirkman’s comic book series, burst onto our television screens in 2010 and has been a ratings juggernaut ever since. Over the past decade the show has experienced both creative highs and unfortunate lows, with some seasons being must-see-tv and others being rather forgettable. Tour our photos above to see all of “The Walking Dead” seasons ranked from worst to best. Does your personal number one choice match ours?
10. Season 7
It was great to expand the world of the show by introducing The Kingdom and Oceanside. But the series felt the need to really marinate in the doom and gloom of Glenn (Steven Yeun) and Abraham’s (Michael Cudlitz) murders at the top of the season. Season 7 is largely defined by a sense of helplessness against the threat of The Saviors and it quickly grew tiresome as each episode only presented more of the same.
