When D.J. drives the children to the woods after collecting them from the airport, the view through the rear window shows them driving on the left side of the road; as it is in the USA, this is incorrect.
D.J's room in the asylum is shown to have a window that is flush with the wall. However, outside shots show that the room is at roof level and the window protrudes from the roof.
