Originally German composer Martin Böttcher wrote a soundtrack for the movie. But scientific advisor Prof. Dr. Dr. Hans Giese found the music too "inspiring" for indecent action by male visitors in a dark cinema, so the job for the final soundtrack went to Johannes Rediske. But the music of Martin Böttcher was not lost. 'Oswald Kolle' used it as background music for his Longplay-Record "Das Wunder der Liebe", that was a radio-play based on his book. The main music-theme also survived on several compilation-LPs and CDs with music from Martin Böttcher.
