Throughout the entire movie, the killer's mask appears and disappears between shots.
As Craig Gardner's character moves through his apartment to pout some drinks, the silhouette of a crew-member can clearly be seen in the doorway.
The film is clearly shown to be set in Johannesburg but at one point, the bereaved father and the Colonel take a walk to the sea. Johannesburg is nowhere near the sea.
