An amusing and fun Cantinflas movie , this time as a good-natured patrolman in his everyday fights against crime and corruption, dealing with his conflicts , feats and misdventures . As we watch how he gets into problem , distresses, befriends a sick prostitute , and goes undercover , discussing with his chiefs at the Police Department , as well as resolving troubles, doing whatever things to get his purports and at the end becomes involved in a crossfire and detaining delinquents .
Cantinflas' agreeable show made in his late period , in fact , after El Patrullero 777 he made his last one , El Barrendero. Here the fast-talking Cantinflas is a brave officer in law who helps prostitutes exploited by their panderers , later his adventures , and hard feats , the policeman Cantinflas himself is decorated , at last. Highlights of the movie are the sympathetic dances proceeded by Cantinflas at a ball room as well as the final shooutout when he contends some crooks.
