Pawel (Piotr Szczepanik) is a poor fisherman . Franka (Monika Niemczyk) is a maid in rich man's house . Surprisingly , they fell in love with each other . Franka leaves the rich man's house . She moves into the village . Pawel and Franka become a marriage . Unfortunately , it's not easy for them to live together . Pawel is jealous , while Franka misses the "rich and famous" lifestyle . They fight , split and come back to each other...
A good movie about love where nothing is black and white . People should see more of this kind of movies instead of Hollywood romantic comedies or "Titanic".
"Cham" in polish means a primitive man without honor , dignity , education and class. For Franka Pawel is "cham" . Later , in the movie she will discover he is a much better man she thought he is.
I give it 5/10.
