This film was banned in Malaysia because of the scenes showing Cleopatra Wong and her male cohorts killing many bad guys while dressed in nun's habits.
Marrie Lee was working as a receptionist at a nightclub when she came across an ad in a local newspaper for a starring part in a movie that read "Are smart, sexy, and seductive?". Lee went to the audition wearing a mini-skirt and go-go boots and subsequently won the role of Cleopatra Wong.
